FOHA PROJECT REPORT ON MEDICAL OUTREACH TO BEREKUM....
It was a Sunday the 10th of April, 2016 at the Berekum Central Market also called kyiri Twedee Abontema. This programme was done in partnership with the Assemblyman of the Area, Hon. Pastor Baffour Awuah. We checked their blood pressure and sugar levels after which medical counseelling was given to them about their condition in terms of adherence to a treatment regimen prescribed by a Doctor and also lifestyle mordification.
We also did General medical Consult. The programme started at 12:00Pm to 5:00Pm. In all, we screened one hundred and fifty people.

We screened one hundred and seventy (170) people. The Assemblyman on the people’s behalf thanked FOHA once again for the great done and pray that God will grant FOHA sponsors in due season.
MEDICAL TEAM: We were Ten (10) in number: Four (4) volunteered Doctors from Netherland and Six Nurses.
CHALLENGES: Inadequate Blood Pressure Apparatus and Glucometer as well as financial support.
RECOMMENDATION: FOHA is appealing to all and sundry to come to its aid in terms of funding.
