FOHA's Medical Outreach At Mpatapo, A Suburb Of Berekum ,Brong-Ahafo, Ghana

As part of the programme that FOHA is doing to impact the society,  it is organizing a Mega Health Educational Outreach on DRUG ABUSE  and  Blood Pressure Assessment at Mpatapo, a suburb of Berekum come 4th December,2010 between the hours of 9am to 3pm.

Drug Abuse is defined as the episodic intake of Drug without doctor's prescription. It is recommended that you donot take in any drug without doctor's prescription. The commonest drugs usualy abused are wee, cocaine, paracetamol, coffee, alcohol,etc.

For our society to move to a better height and the people live longer, there is the need for a greater attitudinal change by all people in the society and we shall live longer to fulfil our God-given dream. Drugs should not be taken anyhow. What kind of society are we growing into? When we cast our mind and see how the youth of our day are abusing drugs, pregnant women, the aged, one thing is certain, that we are actually decreasing our lifespan on earth.

FOHA is entreating people all over the world to desist from the abuse of drugs and i believe it is going to increase productivity. COME ON, Good people of our society, let us All join hands together in Fighting this canker in our society.
