STAY FIT, REV.JAK ADVICES

KEEPING FIT FOR YOUR  LIFE ASSIGNMENT

•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••

For the last 10 years I have kept my weight and blood pressure at minimum level because of how I have being taking care of my physical health. Spirituality does not rule out the discipline of the physical body. " Bodily excercise profits a little". I walk a lot and expend a lot of energy on daily basis. Every Saturday I do  special  health walk and jogging for some miles just to keep my body fit, reduce cardiovascular risk diseases, increase my muscle strength and efficiency. Excercise increase higher lipoprotein ( HDL) level " good cholesterol" level. Excercise puts my brain and mind in the best status to be able to reasonnout and do my professional analysis of issues without any depression. Why wait to get high blood pressure? Why wait to be obese? Why wait to get cardiovascular problem before imbibing the discipline of excercise? I encourage all Ghanaians especially pastors to step out of their comfort zone and keep your body fit. The key word is discipline to stay true to it. Every Sunday in church, 15 minutes is dedicated to " Health & Wellness ". We must be concerned for the body the same way we are concerned for the spirit, you are the custodian of your body, you will be asked by God how you kept your body fit once on earth. Watch what you eat especially saturated fatty foods, intake of alcohols and all activities that increases your cardiovascular risk.

# Always remember that you are not God, you are not an angel as some men of God are making us to believe, you are a human being with blood and limited in many things, Many health conditions are lifestyle related. Take good care of your body.

# My keep fit this morning 9th October, 2019.
