We're continuing our reflections on the *Focused Life Series,* and today, we want to look at *Planning.*
Almost everyone plans, though a great deal of planning is done without thought. However, if you're serious about seeing positive results in areas of her/his life, good planning is a non-negotiable essential.
Many people approach planning the wrong way, and thus they come to the conclusion that planning is too complicated, or that planning is not critical to what they desire to accomplish. Both of these conclusions are faulty at best.
An excellent way to learn the art of planning is to approach the process in much the same way you learn to read. When you began to learn to read, you started with the ABC's. After that, you learned to form words from those letters, then you learned to read simple sentences. Finally, you learned to read whole pages of words.
Remember, planning, like most things in life, improves as you do it more.
According to Scripture, *It is the wisdom of the clever to understand where they go, but the folly of fools misleads* (Prov. 14:8, NLT).
Enjoy a blessed and fruitful working week. Good day. By
