Dr.Cardinal Newton, the Acting Chief Executivee Officer of the Sunyani Teaching is lauding the staff and managment of the Sunyani Teaching Hospital for supporting the transition of the Hospital from Region Hospital status to a Teaching Hospital status. According to the CEO, the hospirtal is poised for excellence health care in Ghana through research, collaboration with key stakeholders, leadership and management development of staff aimded at epanding their scope and acumen. He said this during his opening remarks at the 2023 annual review of the Sunyani Teaching Hospital. The CEO stressed that, the human resource development of staff is the catalyst for transformation and growth as the facility seeks to become the beacon of excellence for medical education in Ghana. The CEO urged the staff not to relent , but continue to strive for an improved health care in Ghana and also give uality health care to the customers the facility serves. He used the ocassion to encourage the staff and mangement to continue to work had to protect the image of the Sunyani Teaching Hospital. Other core management members present were:
