FOHA ~ JAK CONSULT Opens Up its new Office, unveils FOHA HOME CARE Services and Jak Consulting Srvices. After 18 years of FOHA's support and contribution to the Health sector of Ghana through Public Health interventions, Clinical Health care, Foid security & Nutrition, Reseerch & Community Development, HIV/ AIDS intervention, Advocacy and Legal Aids, FOHA is well positioned to be a key partner of Ghana's hewlth interventions with the common objective of ensuring quality health care and prolong lives.
With the ageing population and migration of experienced health workers from Ghana couplee with sky rocketing of non-communicable diseases, there is the need for Us as a people to build a robust and resilient health systems that will that have the capacity to support lives. With our data from the field for the past 18 years and interview of the Ghanaian citizens over the period, the FOHA HOME CARE is an evidenced- based intervention to bridge the health care gap in Ghana by augmenting the efforts of central government. With over 300 volunteers across the globe, FOHA has built the human resource caoacity and the credibility to be your HOME CARE Partners in Ghana. This intervention will ensure quality health care, reduce the incidence of preventable deaths, reduces unemployment rate by the employment of health care professionals who will be providing care whiles earning.
FOHA has also opend its Legal Department to be dealing with MEDICO- LEGAL ISSUES accross the country. As part of our efforts to strengthen the Health system in Ghana, we hokd the view that Institutions and professionals must be held accountable and responsible for the care of Ghanaians. Thus, within the framework of accountability and and holding duty bearers accountable, the FOHA LEGAL Desk has also been opened and victims of various health abuses can lodge compaits at the FOHA Office for legal advice, opinion and accountability. The FOHA LEGAL DEPARTMENT is a two edged sword: Building the caoacity of our health profesisonals whiles homding them to strict account within the framework of the law. FOHA is an Institution now with systems and structures meant to support our health care system in Ghana. FOHA has recaged out to more than 30,000 people in Ghana with many health and social interventions.

JAK CONSULT also evokved from FOHA as a subsidiary Organization devoted to the Development of Organizations and the building of human capital. JAK Consult has also trained more than 15,000 people in Ghana on various leadership and management topics. JAK serves as a Consultant to many organizations and executives.
