As part of measures to increase clients' satisfaction and enhance productivity, Marvelous Lab has engaged the services of the JAK CONSULT to facilitate it's sustainable change. It is a six month project on process consulting which comprises Organizational capacity assessment, feedback and intervention. This has led to the Development of strategic plan, setting of Board of Directors, management system in place. Every month, staff meet to assess the progress of the lab and offer constructive feedback on maintaining competitive advantage. As part of the meeting, the Consultant for the lab Rev.Jefferson led a training on Conflict resolution. Conflict can be good depending on how it is managed. Staff were excited about steps taking by management to resolve challenges in the organizatsion.
