Emmanuel Yeboah Afful is a Deputy Superintendent of Prisons( DSP) at the Sunyani Central Prison. He has over 8 years experience as a senior officer in corrections. Emmanuel is basically into inmates reformation programs. These are geared towards equipping prisoners with skills and vocation that will prevent a relapse into the offences that brought them into prison by providing them with alternative sources of livelihood. With a background in planning, Emmanuel leverages the principles of setting goals, developing strategies and outlining tasks and schedules to achieve the set goals in his corrections duties.
He was selected to participate in the Mandela Washington Fellowship in 2018 in the United States of America where he built his capacity in servant leadership at the Bridgewater State University.
